步骤

  1. 第一步:
    Place water, salt, sugar, flour and yeast in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough setting. 把温水,糖,盐,面粉和快速酵母,一起放进面包机(没面包机也可以手揉到表面光滑成团),揉团并发酵到两倍大.约90分钟.
  2. 第二步:
    When cycle is complete, let dough rest on a lightly floured surface. 把面团放在洒了一点面粉的工作檯上.
  3. 第三步:
    Cut dough into 9 equal pieces, and roll each piece into a small ball. Flatten balls. Poke a hole in the middle of each with your thumb. Twirl the dough on your finger or thumb to enlarge the hole, and to even out the dough around the hole. Cover bagels with a clean cloth, and let rest for 90 minutes. 面团分为9等份,揉成圆型后压扁,用手指从中间打洞,整成贝果形状,放在烤盘上,进行第二次发酵,约90分钟
  4. 第四步:
    preheated 375 degree F (190 degrees C) oven . In a large pot bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Stir in 3 tablespoons of sugar.Carefully transfer bagels to boiling water. Boil for 1 minute, turning half way through. Drain briefly on clean towel. Arrange boiled bagels on baking sheet. Glaze tops with olive oil, and sprinkle with your choice of toppings.(chia) 预热烤箱375F(190C), 煮开3公升的水,加入3大匙糖,小心的把面糰放进滚水煮30秒,翻面再30秒,捞起来,放在干净的毛巾上吸水,再拿起来放到铺了烤纸的烤盘上.上面抹油(奶油,橄榄油....都可以,是为了上色)再洒上你想加的东西,如芝麻粒或奇异子.
  5. 第五步:
    Bake in a 375 degree F (190 degrees C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until well browned. 烤20到25分钟,直到你想要的颜色完成.
